NOKIA E71 - the pocket rocket
Strengths: Small, fast, easy to connect, clear screen, great OS, all the connectivity you could need, solid case, adequate camera, WiFi at the shake of a stick, a GREAT PHONE
Weakness: Haven't found them yet
I have just upgraded to an Internet phone and there's lots on offer. A bit of research and a bit of picking up and putting down and BINGO - I've got a NOKIA E71 - it's fabulous. Instant e-mails into my Inbox, texts are a breeze, no more 4 push letters a real tiny keyboard. Connect it to your computer and fill out your contacts, etc. using the big keyboard. This is one fabulous phone - browsing...

best smartphone I've ever used!
Strengths: Slim, lightweight, FAST, bright screen, great audio quality
Weakness: none
This is the best phone I have used by far. I owned the iPhone, the Nokia E61i and almost all the smartphones you could think of. This one far surpasses every one of them. I want to start off with the speediness of the symbian OS. Everything loads instantaneously on this phone. I noticed NO delay compared to my E61i. The keyboard is very pleasant to type on. It is a good balance of plasticky and...

Great for phone, email, and web
Strengths: PROS: Very fast, great display, GPS, freeware downloads, WiFi, keyboard, small and very "pocketable", 3G
Weakness: CONS: Lack of WCDMA 2100. Why leave this out and make several models? One phone for the world would be much better and make this a perfect phone!
After talking with northern California AT&T staff who would not find out if AT&T will carry the E71, and giving me scarey stories about limited functionality if the phone was not carried by them etc. (and deny them a commission) I expected the phone to be difficult to set up and that I would have to have them work on it. I bought the phone, put my old SIM card in, charged it up and after a few...

Nokia E71 - gray (unlocked)
THE GOOD: The Nokia E71 features a slim design, while still managing to have a full QWERTY keyboard. The Symbian smartphone is stocked with features, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and U.S. 3G support. Voice, messaging, and productivity tools are also strong. THE BAD: The E71 is expensive, and the display is on the smaller side. The keyboard is a bit cramped as well. THE BOTTOM LINE: Mobile...
