Don't even think of it

Strengths: large screen,

Weakness: not user friendly, you have to solve puzzles for even minor functions, some of the functions that it is supposed to have does not work properly because of limited capacity.

I purchased it and received a product called Qtek 100, no one knows about it. So it is impossible to get help from others about the problems. Impossible to use as a pocket pc. Its impossible to save even a page. Impossible to assign photos to contacts.
Too expensive compared to other products with the same functions.

Strengths: small size pocket pc,has mutlimedia functions great for games,compatible with lots of programs

Weakness: sensatvie to get scrathed or break,complicated take time to get used to ,sometime it might seem your solving a puzzle for something so simple

its small wich makes it great it has all the abilities of a larger pocket pc has every thing you need in a pocket pc exept wi-fi wich sort of weak ,works regionall in europe,middle east,and u.s.a wich i tested myself ,its a good phone and pda but i look forward to the sucsessor of the imate jam i think i would be awesome plus the price aint to bad comared to other ridicoules pda out in the market

Overall speaking, the IMATE Jam is...

Strengths: Lots of software support. Strong multi media functions. All in one compact PDA and Cellphone that fits into your pocket.

Weakness: Not enough RAM. Lack of Wifi. Need a higher capacity battery.

Overall speaking, the IMATE Jam is a PPC phone that has been shrunk to a smaller size which I have always been asking for. Thank you, IMATE! It has all the function that a PDA should have plus a cell phone. Everything works fine up to now. Every robust and stable. I hope IMATE soon will release a newer version with more RAM and include a WIFI Lan and that will really make my day.

I have had I-mate JAM for over a year, I had to send it for repair and after sturgling for 3 days with tech support, they sent me info on where to send it in the U.S. It came back in worse condition and Wi-fi option did not work. I-MATE IS ONLY GOOD IF IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANY PROBLEM BUT IF IT HAS ANY GLITCH THEN YOU ARE SCREWED AS TECH SUPPORT IS NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE...
