Strengths: Graphics

Weakness: Haven't come across any as of yet.

I purchase the PSP for my 9 year old son and I don't play the system. I can say my son absolutely loves it and would play is 24/7 if I allowed him. He said the graphics are really good and when asked if would rather have a DS he replied "mom, come on; the PSP is better".

Pretty Good

Strengths: Video Out, lighter, LCD brighter, game load faster

Weakness: UMD tray looks cheap. not as the same quality as PSP 1000.

The unit itself is very well-designed and comfortable to use. compared to PSP 1000, it is ligher, thinner. There are some other improvement like, faster game load and brighter LCD. But to cut the cost, SONY simplied the UMD tray. You can definitely feel that the quality of slim edition is not as good as PSP 1000. In summary, for $169, it is a good buy.

Great Console

Strengths: Plays games, can handle various different media files, and has internet access.

Weakness: Memory card and disc cover can seem delicate.

I bought my PSP not only to use it as a game system, but also as an MP3 player, and I've thoroughly enjoyed it so far. Considering that it can also support video and pictures files, and connect to the internet, the PSP is a great porable console for any media junky.

Better and Slimmer

Strengths: Screen is much brighter than iPod or previous fat PSP. Slim design.

Weakness: Battery life

This is our 3rd PSP already owning two of the older model. This one is definitely lighter and slim. No more finger prints showing up as easily. The only thing I have to complain is the battery life which only last about 5 hours for games or movies. You definitely need to buy a 2nd battery for your over-night flight.

Weakness: Can not make CALLS

This is a great portable game console. Easily attaches to the web for internet radio and downloading MP3s. Easy to use, seems pretty durable. Slimmer PSP with lots of new features

Strengths: Slim design. You can play games, watch movies, surf internet and even chat with skype on this little amazing gadget.

Weakness: Cheap packaging, without TV component cable or headphone

The new PSP is 19% thinner and 30% lighter. Should definitely notice the difference as soon as its in your hands. The most annoying thing about this PSP is the dead pixels on its LCD screen. Sony claims it's normal to have 0~3 dead pixels on your PSP screen. But I do not enjoy this as a customer.

Strengths: Excellent quality, easy to use, light to carry for everyday use and very fast to turn on

Weakness: none yet

Easy to use: good. I don't need to read the menu to start with.Large and clear LCD makes reviewing the pictures/game/vedio pleasant. Battery life:more than I've expected! Style:Incredibly Good-Looking and one more thing,it seems could not change the joy stick to the big button.

PSP slim

Strengths: This is a great upgrade from the old unit. It is lighter, faster and has better battery life.

Weakness: In general this are not very durable so buy a protective case.

This is my second PSP. My first one was lost/stolen in the airport. I have really enjoyed the great graphics and sound. The processor is fast so game action is smooth. Overall I have been very happy with both units. Battery life is great and the internet is functional if you need it.

Sony PlayStationn Portable Slim - Superb!!

Strengths: Excellent design, great graphics and gameplay.

Weakness: Analog stick could be better.

This is one of the best portable game console. My wife gifted this to me for valentines. I love playing games on it. Plus it is quite a bit of an entertainment system. You can watch moves, play songs and surf the internet. If you want to have some fun on the go, then go for it.

The Playstation Portable is an excellent portable game unit that is easy to manage but may require some help if your children are wanting to play. I would recommend this to other people.
