Strengths: Excellent built-in connectivity. Good feature set. Good price relative to competing models.
Weakness: Comes loaded w/ awkward HP menu software. Requires manual OS upgrade from HP to get latest version of certain Microsoft software.
Price paid: $318 @ Sams Club Strengths: I really like the latest version of the Pocket PC operating system, and this unit handles all the general productivity programs very well. The only time I've managed to lock it up so far was while viewing a very large and graphics-heavy PDF file. Otherwise, performace is a non-issue for all but the most demanding applications (I've run into problems with...

Strengths: Bright, sharp, clear display. Works well and operates stably, does the job as it should. Bluetooth & wireless support.
Weakness: Phone and e-mail support is poor. Only 90 day warranty. No sync cradle provided. Battery life could be better.
Don't bother with HP's phone or e-mail support, they don't understand their own product. I called about a problem importing contacts, and their best advice to me was to return the pda for a refund. After further research on my own, it turned out there was a simple solution they didn't even have a clue about. HP has a tech support forum on their site that is far superior to what you'll get from...

Strengths: Great resolution. Nice and light.
Weakness: Case that comes with the PDA is not that great.
This was a must have for me due to the wireless capability it had. I didn't need the Bluetooth (well, not yet at least). The screen was very clear and this was a small and light PDA. If what you are looking for is a PDA with minimal bells and whistles, yet fast, light, and nice looking, this is for you. This was one of the cheapest I found that used PocketPC and had 802.11b. A great buy!

Strengths: light-weight; wi-fi & blue tooth built in; nice, clear screen; can use as a universal remote
Weakness: wish it had more memory; warranty is only 90 days
Overall, a great handheld with a ton of features offered, so worth the cost. For the price paid though, it should come with a better case, an extra stylus, and a cradle.

Strengths: Brilliant wireless connectivity, streaming is very good, stable operating system, good strong battery
Weakness: Not as much memory as RX3715. No camera
This is one more top notch pocket pc from the masters. The WM2003SE works a lot better than my old H3800. The streaming is wonderful, you dont actually need songs/video on your PDA if you can get it from your computer. It works like a charm with my 802.11g network at home. The absense of camera is what gives it 95/100 and not a perfect 100. GREAT GADGET
