Explorer 330
Strengths: Size - range - setup instructions on the internet.
Weakness: Instruction pamphlet may be confusing.
Excellent range. Of course anyone with a 2.4 ghz cell phone or wireless modem may disagree if they don't know Bluetooth uses the same frequency. However the 330 it is spread spectrum so interference will be minimal. Very light weight. The clarity and sound quality is very good. And as with all VOX devices one should try and not use it in a loud environment as it will also pick up the ambient...

Not so hot...
Strengths: Price
Weakness: Loses pairing with phone, unpredictable functionality
I guess you get what you pay for. Pairing was relatively easy, but I have to do it repeatedly. I'll use it on a call, then on my next call I have to re-pair it with the phone. It's also difficult to tell when it's going to work and when it's not. I don't expect a Ferrari at a Kia price point, but it should work better than this.

Nice Entry Level Headset
Strengths: Very Good Headset. Clear and Easy to Use.
Weakness: Not as comfortable/good as Voyager520.
This model works very well for the price, but is not as good as the Voyager520 which I also own. The earpiece of the Explorer330 is much stiffer than the Voyager520. Additionally, the indicator light is much better on the 520. Of course, the 520 is also much more expensive than the 330, so you get what you pay for. However, the audio quality is quite nice and functions as it should.

Plantronics Explorer 330
Strengths: Lightweight, easy to sync, rechargeable battery
Weakness: Slightly weak signal at times in first few uses
I have not used this enough to really know how I feel completely, but I had a bit of breakup in my first couple of uses if my phone was not quite close to the receiver. I feel that overall this is a good headset and that I will be pleased with its performance.

Best Headset In this Price Range
Strengths: Comfortable, works well, great/wide compatibility with many blue-tooth enabled electronic devices.
Weakness: Sound is weak (in various areas, see review).
I bought this headset as a cheap accessory for my convenience. It is actually very good for the price range. Comfortable design, better sound than most headsets in this range, and overall a great buy. I have previously owned a Jabra headset and it was just very difficult to wear for extended periods of time. It eventually became painful, so this headset was a definite improvement. The bad thing...
